If you're caught in the middle between which roofers to use and your insurance company, Larry McCoy from Century Roofing is your answer. Not only did he give me a what I felt from the get-go was a fair assessment of the damage on my roof but he articulated very precisely what Century Roofing does throughout this entire process. And we all loath having to get our insurance company to get back to us and Larry went so far as to contact them, on my behalf, as well. You just don't see that type of customer service anymore do you? A full service sales representative who explains things well; tells you how to go through the process; isn't trying to shortcut anything; and acts as your representative to the insurance company. Larry McCoy did an impeccable job with my home. This should be standard for all roofing companies and home contractors.
