I’ve lived out here almost 7 years and it was so peaceful and quiet until they moved someone with a kid upstairs, there went the peace and quiet! This child is jumping and running so much my walls are rattling and you can hear him in the hall way! I loved it here but now I’m leaving to move closer to my job and to get my peace and quiet back! Can’t keep falling asleep at work from lack of sleep at home! Riverlands is a beautiful place inside and out, the rent is reasonable, gym and pool are clean and well kept! Close to shops and restaurants, washer and dryer in laundry room inside each building! Landscaping is fantastic

Been here for 2 years since I moved out my moms someone referred me here & im glad they did I love these apartments they’re well kept up they will work with with you with any issues you have, I want to thank ms Kim & the maintenance staff for being a help in a timely manner I’ve never seen or heard nothing bad happen since I been here it’s always quiet no matter what time of day it is.

I have been living there two years, and I really do appreciate the low rent, and well kept property. Nothing is perfect, but I can tell you that this is really a great place for the money and a beautiful staff that is very helpful.
