    Been living here for almost 2 years, Everytime I have a problem with anything in the apt, that one maintenance guy (the big guy) always come to handle it. Bless up to him👍🏼

    Maintenance Otis and Tom went above and beyond duty when fixing floor under sink. Took time to remove wet debris and water clean debris up cut new floor board under sink was pleasant made sure no drip under sink. Will send finished product picture. EXCELLENT SERVICE

    Loved how close we are to the water but the outside of the building are beautiful. The environment when you walk into the office just makes you feel like you are home already. If you have any questions definitely ask for shamane, she will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.
